Focaccia bread can be eaten as it is. It can be cut into a variety of shapes, including squares, long skinny rectangles, triangles. It can also be sliced in half and used for making sandwiches. It’s also a tasty addition to a bread basket or an accompaniment to a bowl of soup or a salad.
