The Sourdough white country loaf wonderfully versatile, everyday bread loaf, made with our selected flour, sea salt and natural yeast.
It was handcrafted using artisan baking methods and the finest flours in order to achieve a full-flavoured bread. This loaf has been fermented using natural sourdough leavens and a long and cool fermentation process, giving the bread that unique flavour, aroma and texture. It is a classic white sourdough loaf, featuring a pillowy, moist and open-textured crumb. It pairs beautifully with your everyday spreads such as butters, jams & honeys.
